Each balloon box comes with 3 18" foil balloons, hand written gift card, curling ribbon and matching balloon weight.
Additional items may be added to your balloon box gift.
Which shipping carrier do you use?
We use FedEx Home Delivery to delivery your special package.

Tracking information will be sent via email once the item has been shipped. Please Plan your order accordingly.
What happens after I submit my order?
Within 24 hours a representative will contact you to verify the address and writing on the card. The order will then be processed and shipped.
Where do I put my message for the hand written note?
Currently there is not a place to put your message during the checkout process. A member of the Balloon Box staff will contact you within 2 hours of placing your order or the next business day depending on when the order is placed, to get that information. This also ensures the hand written note is correct.
What is the difference between processing time and shipping time?
Processing time is the time it takes for us to received the order, confirm the hand written note, fill, and package the order.
Shipping time is the time it takes when FedEx receives the order for home delivery.
Ex Processing time can take up to 2 business day. Then Shipping time can take up to 1-5 business days. That is a total of 7 Business day before the order is receive to the customer.
